Peer Review Process

The paper is anonymously peer-reviewed. The reviewer is chosen by the editor-in-chief.  When evaluating an article, the reviewer presents a positive or negative review. The review is considered positive if the paper is evaluated with at least 21 points (see evaluation form).  The paper is sent to the author for revision.  In case of a negative review, the paper is sent to the second reviewer whose evaluation of the work solves the issue. In certain cases, the issue may be solved by the editor-in-chief, based on consultations with the members of the editorial board.
